Water's Edge at Port Jefferson for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an LPN to deliver skilled nursing care in our SNF and Long Term Care units. Responsibilities include medication administration (including IVs), taking vital signs, and providing patient education.

You will collaborate with physicians, NPs, families, and the care team while supervising CNAs to ensure quality care. The position offers an hourly rate up to $42, daily pay options, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Active LPN license required.
• Comfort with medication administration and patient care.
