Seasons Hospice is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our full-time team in Missouri. You will provide hands-on nursing care focused on comfort and dignity while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Position offers Monday–Friday schedule with pay between $29-$32 per hour, reflecting our commitment to comfort, symptom management, and quality of life for patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Missouri.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

What You Need:

• Current LPN license in the state of Missouri
• Hospice or home health experience preferred, but not required
• Deep compassion, strong communication skills, and a calming presence
• Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
• A heart for hospice and the desire to make a difference
