Job summary

Seasons Hospice seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Missouri on a full-time basis (Monday–Friday). You will deliver end-of-life nursing care focused on comfort, symptom management, and quality of life for patients and support for families.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will educate families, provide emotional support, and tailor care plans with empathy and clinical expertise. MO LPN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Missouri.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and compassionate bedside manner.
• Ability to support families and provide education.
