Job summary

Crown & Seasons Hospice is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a full-time LPN, Monday through Friday, delivering compassionate end-of-life care in Missouri. You will provide comfort-focused nursing, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support patients and families with empathy and education during this meaningful journey.

Qualified applicants will hold a Missouri LPN license, have strong communication skills, and a compassionate presence.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Missouri
• Hospice or home health experience preferred, but not required
• Deep compassion, strong communication skills, and a calming presence
• Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
