St. Luke’s Home in Springfield, MA, is seeking an LPN for a full-time day shift. Compensation ranges from $32.09 to $36.89 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, with benefits including daily Pay, tuition reimbursement, and insurance options through Trinity Health.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school or college of nursing.
• Current LPN licensure in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and support the autonomy and dignity of our residents.
• Communicate a sense of caring, concern, and dignity for our residents.
• Implement physician orders, medications, therapies, and treatments with knowledge, skills, and judgment.
• Actively participate in resident care planning, promoting the philosophy, goals, and objectives of the nursing department.
• Ensure safety, security, infection control, and hazardous materials policies are followed.
• Monitor residents' conditions, report significant changes promptly, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Promote and participate in educational programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Foster a productive atmosphere, teamwork, and a respectful environment for employees, residents, and families.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
