Job summary

Avalon Health Care - E. Roy Stone, Jr. Veterans Pavilion is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Columbia, SC.

The role offers $31.00 - $37.79/hr with a $3 shift differential for 7p-7a and 7P-11PM PT. Full-time benefits include 401K, FSA options, life insurance, and other perks. The LPN will develop, implement, and modify the plan of care for residents, working under supervision of RN/APRN/physician to deliver quality nursing care.

Qualifications

• Excellent assessment and care planning abilities.
• Ability to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other staff.
• Experience in long-term care (preferred).
• Active LPN license in practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and modify the comprehensive plan of care for facility residents.
• Work under supervision of RN, APRN, physician or other authorized health care provider.
