Job summary

The Emerald Peek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Shrub Oak, NY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care teams. You will administer medications (including IVs where qualified), monitor vital signs, provide resident care, and educate residents and families, while coordinating with physicians, NPs, and the care team.

The role also involves supervising CNAs and participating in care planning. A valid LPN license is required.

Qualifications

Current LPN license is required.
Experience with skilled nursing and long-term care preferred.
Ability to monitor vital signs and administer medications.

Responsibilities
