Job summary

The Emerald Peek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care for residents in our Skilled and Long Term Care units. Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, and patient education, with strong collaboration with physicians and families.

We offer daily pay, multiple shifts, and a supportive team environment. Prior LPN experience in a skilled nursing setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license is required.
• Strong patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and coordinate with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in Skilled/Long Term Care units.
• Administer medications, including IVs as applicable.
• Take and record vital signs and monitor patient outcomes.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health professionals.
• Supervise CNAs.
