Job summary

Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Mills Pond in St. James, NY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team.

You will administer medications (including IVs where applicable), monitor resident conditions, document vital signs, and coordinate with physicians, NPs, families and other health professionals. This role also involves supervising CNAs, providing resident and family education, and ensuring high-quality care in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in New York.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to educate residents and families.
