Qualifications
- LPN license is required and active.
- Experience with med administration and IVs is preferred.
- Ability to monitor and document resident vitals and treatments.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for residents in Skilled and Long Term Care Units.
- Administer medications, including IVs.
- Take and record vital signs accurately.

- Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
- Medication Administration, including IVs.
- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
- Provide resident and family education.
- Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
- Supervising CNAs
- Current License-LPN
Salary: Up to $42 an hour
