Job summary

South Shore Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in Rockland seeks experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality care to residents. You will work under RN supervision, oversee aides, and participate in emergency procedures while maintaining care plans.

Shifts include 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a, 32 hours weekly with weekend rotation. Weekly pay ranges $40-$45 per hour, with differentials for evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of the RN.
• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistant.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Document resident progress and report any unusual findings.
• Participate in emergency procedures as necessary.
• Demonstrate leadership skills and contribute to resident and family relations.

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a valued member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our dedicated staff and make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

Openings:

• 32 hours on 7a-3p, includes every other weekend

• 32 hours on 3p-11p, includes every other weekend

• 32 hours on 11p-7a, including every other weekend

Pay:

• Competitive and weekly pay ranging from $40 to $45 an hour, depending on the shift

• Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials

Responsibilities:
