Interim HealthCare of the Black Hills is seeking a compassionate Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our home care team in Rapid City, SD. You will provide skilled nursing visits under the direction of an RN Case Manager, helping patients remain safe and independent in their homes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active LPN license in South Dakota.
• Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience, ideally in home healthcare.
• CPR certification.
• Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Providing skilled nursing visits in patients' homes under the RN Case Manager.
• Performing nursing procedures and treatments ordered by the physician and plan of care.

As a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:
