Position

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities

• PRN and/or contract staffing in long‑term care facilities and/or assisted living settings
• Assist with daily activities, including aid with ambulation, transfers, and range‑of‑motion exercises
• Pass medications, administer treatments, and provide wound care
• Check vitals and observe patients for issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment
• Maintain 24/7 communication with on‑call staff members within Interim HealthCare

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in South Dakota or reciprocity/multi‑state eligibility
• Maintains required certifications, qualifications, and associated standards
• Prior LPN experience is highly preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Benefits

• Pay rate: $40–$42+ per hour, paid weekly
• PRN / part‑time / full‑time contract opportunities
