Zusammenfassung

Empire Care Centers is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the 3pm-11pm shift. You will monitor residents, collaborate with physicians and nurses, perform routine procedures, and keep accurate charts in a busy, compassionate setting.

Active GA LPN license required. You will administer medications, supervise CNAs, support hygiene and safety, and provide emergency care when needed. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive team focused on resident well‑being.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients' condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice

• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and fill in patients' charts


• Adjust and administer patients' medication and provide treatments according to physicians' orders


• Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds, etc.)


• Provide instant medical care in emergencies


• Supervise and train (CNAs) nursing assistants


• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
