Job summary

Empire Care Centers is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Georgia. You will monitor residents, collaborate with physicians, administer routine procedures, and assist with care plans to support our mission of high-quality patient care.

This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive health benefits, PTO, and a supportive environment. Active GA nursing license required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient condition and assess needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, injections, etc.) and fill in charts.
• Adjust and administer medications and provide treatments according to orders.
• Inspect facilities and maintain hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds).
• Provide instant medical care in emergencies.
• Supervise and train CNAs nursing assistants.
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and families.
