Job summary

Empire Care Centers is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Georgia to join our dedicated team and deliver high-quality care to residents. This full-time role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

You will monitor patient conditions, collaborate with physicians and CNAs, administer medications, document charts, and help maintain a safe, compassionate environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Active GA nursing license required.
• Experience as LPN in a care setting preferred.
• Ability to document patient information accurately.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team and become an integral part of our mission to provide superior care.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and fill in patients' charts
• Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders
• Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds, etc.)
• Provide instant medical care in emergencies
• Supervise and train (CNAs) nursing assistants
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
