Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) & Registered Nurse (RN) - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Full-time Only!

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), you play a vital role in delivering high-quality medical care and support to our patients. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team and become an integral part of our mission to provide superior care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and fill in patients' charts
• Adjust and administer patients' medication and provide treatments according to physicians' orders
• Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds, etc.)
• Provide instant medical care in emergencies
• Supervise and train LPNs/RNs and nursing assistants
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
