By integrating in-person and virtual primary care with urgent care, we aim to provide personalized, proactive, and simplified healthcare. Your Impact
  • Patient Care & Triage: Conduct comprehensive triage, including vital signs, medical history documentation, and observational exams to identify healthcare needs. Assist with patient exams and support providers during testing and procedures.
  • Clinical Procedures: Perform diagnostic tests such as vision, hearing, drug screens, breath alcohol testing, spirometry, and more. Provide point-of-care testing like strep, flu, RSV, SARS-CoV-2, glucose, lipid panels, and urinalysis. Manage cardiac and airway care, including ECGs, AED use, nebulizers, and oxygen. Administer immunizations and medications following regulations.
  • Patient Engagement & Documentation: Address patient inquiries, communicate test results, and explain treatment plans. Maintain accurate electronic health records and observe/report patient condition changes.
  • Clinic Operations: Ensure cleanliness, sterilization, and maintenance of equipment. Support smooth clinic operations by keeping the workspace stocked and sterile.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical team, communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, and support onboarding of new team members.
Required Availability

Full-time availability during clinic hours (Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm). Typical work hours are from 7:15am to 5:15pm, with occasional flexibility needed.

Who You Are
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • State-licensed LPN with experience in IV placement and monitoring; IV certification required in Maine and New Hampshire. 1-2 years of triage experience preferred.
  • Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC (no online-only certifications).
  • Compassionate, authentic, patient-focused, proactive, and confident in communication.
  • Trustworthy with confidentiality, effective in teamwork, and proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with NextGen is a plus.
