Shift Type: 12hrs. PRN/Per Diem & Full-Time Days (+Rotating weekends)
Pay Rate: Starting $25hr & up
*Up to $3hr Shift Differential available

- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as ordered by physicians
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare teams
- Monitor resident conditions, report changes, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, medications, and treatment plans
- Participate in staff training programs and in-service education sessions to stay current with best practices and industry standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to residents
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Missouri
- Experience working in a long-term care/senior living or related field
- Current CPR certification and any other certifications relevant to the role
