Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an LPN for per diem and part-time shifts. Compensation ranges from $30.00 to $41.00 per hour, with shift differential based on experience. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered for part-time roles.

Responsibilities include resident care, medication administration, and EMR documentation. The organization emphasizes resident-centered care across assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and at-home services, with strong focus on teamwork

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Passion to care for seniors and be a strong resident advocate.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families with a resident-first approach.
• Assess, observe, and evaluate residents’ clinical condition and document in EMR.
• Update or modify care plans as needed to reflect changes in care needs.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely and accurately.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Respond to residents, families, or responsible parties promptly and professionally.
• Participate in reviews of clinical indicators (falls, wounds, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Developing relationships with the residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs and focusing on placing the resident first.
• Assessing, observing, and evaluating residents’ clinical condition, documenting findings in the resident electronic medical record, and notifying the provider and/or RN when necessary.
• Updating or modifying care plans as needed to reflect any changes to a resident’s care and service needs.
• Supervising and leading care associates
• Administering medications timely, accurately, and according to orders.
• Participating in meetings related to resident outcomes and care
• Responding to residents, family, or responsible parties in a timely and professional manner
• Participating in the review of clinical indicator reviews – falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader

What You Will Need
