We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aspire Senior Living Joplin, a premier resident-focused care provider in Joplin, MO. About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Aspire Senior Living Joplin, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. You will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
• Conducting resident assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal resident outcomes
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and services
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the Licensed Registered Nurse or other healthcare professionals
• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Participate in in-service training and educational programs to stay up-to-date on best practices and regulatory requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Registered Nurse or Administrator
