Aston Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care and support daily clinical operations within our skilled nursing facility in Florida. This role ensures residents receive quality care in accordance with established standards.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents, documenting assessments in the EMR, assisting with daily activities, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Detail‑oriented with effective time‑management skills.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• EMR experience preferred but not required.
