This role plays a key part in maintaining quality care, safety, and dignity for our residents while working closely with the nursing and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly
• Accurately document care, treatments, and observations
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
