Bradford Hills is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time role in Pennsylvania. The job focuses on direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration, with ongoing assessments and individualized care planning.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective care, document thoroughly, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and adaptability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull patients as needed.

Responsibilities
