Job summary

Heritage of Painesville is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care team. This full-time role covers day and night shifts with 12-hour rotations, alternating weekends and holidays, and offers benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, direct deposit, and paid training.

The ideal candidate will have an Ohio LPN license, CPR certification, and strong clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid LPN license in the state of Ohio.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers and records medications and treatments.
• Prepares for and assists physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Observes and reports patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
