Job summary

CareCore Health in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our floor nursing team. As a Floor Nurse, you will provide direct care to residents and support the daily operations of the unit.

This full-time role involves administering medications, documenting care, and collaborating closely with families and the healthcare team to ensure high-quality resident care. A supportive work environment and opportunities for education are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or similar setting is a plus.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)to join our nursing team. This role is vital in ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained for our residents.

Schedule:

Full- Time 6:00am-6:00pm with an every other weekend rotation
