Solaris HealthCare Merritt Island is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate, high-quality care for residents. The team emphasizes admissions, transfers, medication coordination, and infection-control practices.

Nursing staff collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes. We offer full-time and part-time positions, shift differentials, paid training, and comprehensive benefits to support your health and future.

Formación

• LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State.
• CPR Certification required.
• Two Years prior nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Medication administration
• Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies
• Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy
