A healthcare provider in Opelousas, LA is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for night shifts. • Communicates with the attending physicians and team members to coordinate optimal care.
• Documents all services provided and submits appropriate forms.
• Reports changes in patient condition and need to RN.

Essential Duties Include

• Provides nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, under the direction of the RN.
• Communicates with the attending physicians, other team members to coordinate optimal care for the patient/family.
• Document all services provided and submit them on appropriate forms and Report changes in patient condition and need to RN

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
