Responsibilities

• Provides nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care.
• Communicates with the attending physicians and team members to coordinate optimal care.
• Documents all services provided and submits appropriate forms.
• Reports changes in patient condition and need to RN.
