Job summary

Sage Specialty Hospital in Opelousas, LA is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation care and to coordinate comprehensive care plans for patients with general medical and post-surgical needs. • Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care.
• Completes all documents timely.
• Assure compliance with local, state and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation.
