Aspire Senior Living Oak Grove is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the evening shift at our skilled nursing facility in Oak Grove, MO. This full-time role features 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends, with a focus on compassionate, resident-centered care.

You will administer medications, assess needs, develop care plans, monitor responses, and collaborate with a caring healthcare team to maintain high-quality care and accurate records.

Qualifikationen

• Current LPN licensure in Missouri.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care; elder care preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with healthcare team.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor residents' responses to medications and treatments.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve the care we provide.

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting; experience with elder care population preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare team members
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion
