Job summary

Aspire Senior Living East Prairie in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time night shift. You will provide high-quality care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet residents' needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure and oxygen levels.
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
