The role involves direct patient care, medication administration, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Expect 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and both day and night schedules.

Missouri-licensed LPNs with experience in skilled-nursing or senior living are preferred; strong communication and empathy are essential for delivering exceptional resident care.

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided.
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience.
