STAR, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide dedicated 1:1 nursing support to a young woman with Down Syndrome and Type 1 Diabetes in a community-based day program in Norwalk, CT.
The stable Monday–Friday schedule runs 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with no weekends or mandatory overtime. A Connecticut LPN license is required, and a valid driver’s license is preferred to support transportation to activities.
$30.00/hour

This is a stable Monday-Friday position with no weekends, shift work, or mandatory overtime. The regular schedule is 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Our day program is closed on major holidays, providing additional time to enjoy with family and friends.
