STAR is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide dedicated 1:1 nursing support for a young woman with Down Syndrome and Type 1 Diabetes in a community-based day program in Norwalk, CT. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., with no weekends or overtime.
The program closes on major holidays, allowing additional time with family. Current Connecticut LPN licensure is required; driver’s license is also necessary.
