Qualifications

• Experience in ED/urgent care or hospital settings desirable.
• Pediatrics experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home patient care and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of LPN experience
• Current and valid American Heart Association BLS certification (ACLS certification is a plus)
• Previous experience in Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Hospital - Critical Care, Family Practice, or related fields is highly desirable
• Active and valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
• Current unrestricted NY State LPN license
• Clinical experience with pediatrics is a valuable asset
• Completion of third-party Phlebotomy training is advantageous
