DocGo in New York City is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, non-driver role. You will provide home visits, patient monitoring, and treatment under APP supervision across NYC’s five boroughs, reporting to Maspeth base.

Schedule is 10:00 AM–8:00 PM with variable days. Maintain records in HealthPoint and Athena EMR, participate in telemedicine, and support Health Plan partnerships. LPN with NY license and BLS required; Spanish a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a current NY State LPN license.
• Active BLS certification.
• Experience in Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, or Family Practice preferred.
• Driver’s license valid for 2+ years.
• Ability to lift 50–60 lbs.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

• Provide care for adult and pediatric patients in New York City through home visits, monitoring, and treatment.
• Conduct assessments and treatment under APP supervision for patients with limited access to healthcare.
• Maintain accurate patient records using HealthPoint and Athena EMR systems.

• Act as a conduit for medical treatment in Health Plan Partnerships.
• Engage in health management, medication, and care goal discussions.
• Provide supervised treatment for common diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Active and current American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Experience in Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Critical Care, Family Practice, or other relevant areas preferred
• Active and current driver's license for 2+ years required
• Current unrestricted NY State LPN license required
• Clinical work experience with pediatrics required
• Phlebotomy experience required
• Fluent in Spanish preferred
• Ability to lift 50-60 lbs
