Job summary

Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team in New York. The role involves skilled nursing care in the SNF and Long Term Care units, with daily pay options available.

Responsibilities include administering medications (including IVs), taking vital signs, and coordinating care with physicians, NPs, and families. Supervision of CNAs and resident education are also required.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license is required.
• Experience with medication administration preferred.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and coordinate with physicians.

Salary: Up to $42 hour

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
