Job summary

Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team in Yonkers. You will provide care in the SNF and Long Term Care units, administer medications including IVs, monitor vitals, and educate residents and families. Strong communication with physicians and CNAs is essential.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Current License-LPN
