Job summary

Charlestown Place in New Albany, IN is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for skilled nursing. Pay is $18.00–$20.00/hour with credit for experience and a shift differential on designated shifts.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions, with same-day interviews when possible. Location is in New Albany and shifts include day options, 6:30 AM–6:30 PM, with a mix of weekday and weekend schedules.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.

• 1 year of related CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direct care to residents in our skilled nursing facility.
• Assist with activities of daily living, monitor health, and document care.
• Offer emotional support and companionship.
• Collaborate with residents, families and staff to ensure comfort and safety.
• Communicate clearly, pay attention to detail, and respond to emergencies.

As a CNA in our Skilled Nursing community, you’ll give residents daily hands-on care and support. You’ll work closely with nurses and families to keep residents comfortable, safe, and well cared for, and your work will make a meaningful difference every day.
