Qualifications

This role involves providing nursing care across a variety of clinical situations, ensuring patient safety, and delivering high-quality care in accordance with established protocols, physician orders, and the LPN scope of practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and perform procedures in accordance with physician orders, established protocols, and applicable LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications as authorized and monitor patients for effectiveness and potential side effects.
• Respond to emergency situations, including performing BLS, CPR, and other appropriate life-saving interventions within the LPN scope of practice.
• Participate in emergency response activities and assist with patient stabilization under appropriate clinical supervision.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with clinical standards.
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising RN or appropriate healthcare provider.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support positive patient outcomes.
