• LPN license required in the state of Florida.

• Two years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, discharge and transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Following infection control, emergency and center policies.
• Collaborating with the resident’s interdisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes.
• Identify and report abnormal changes in residents’ condition as per center policy.
