Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Imperial - Naples, FL is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate care to residents. The role includes admissions, medication coordination with pharmacy and physicians, accurate medication administration, adherence to infection control, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal resident outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a Florida RN license, CPR certification, and have prior nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida.
• CPR certification required.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies.
• Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes.
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy.
