Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Coconut Creek, LLC is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for weekend part-time (Saturdays and Sundays) in Coconut Creek, FL. You will provide compassionate care, perform admissions/discharges/transfers, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to support resident well-being.

Qualifications

• LPN licensed by the State
• CPR Certification required
• Two Years prior nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Admissions, discharge and transfers of residents
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Medication administration
• Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies
• Collaborating with resident's interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy
