Job summary

Cassia's Moose Lake Village in Minnesota is seeking an LPN to provide high-quality nursing care for residents. You will develop and execute care plans, administer medications, and work with a dedicated team in a nonprofit senior care community.

The position offers Nights (NOC) 10:30pm-6:15am with a wage range of $27-$32.52 per hour based on experience, plus a $3.00/night differential. Location: Moose Lake, MN. Join Cassia for growth opportunities and a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans.
• Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions.
• Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides.
• Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff.
• Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy.
• Documents care using electronic charting systems.
• Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
