Haven Homes, a Cassia community, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. This nonprofit facility provides compassionate, high-quality care and a supportive work environment with low turnover.

Part-time positions are available with Day and Evening shifts at 4848 Gateway Blvd, Maple Plain, MN 55359. Wage range is $28.00–$34.66 per hour, depending on experience, with competitive compensation and Cassia benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have MN LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Shifts Available:

• Days: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Evenings: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Wage Range:

$28.00 - $34.66 / hour, depending on experience

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:
