Job summary

Haven Homes, a Cassia senior community in Maple Plain, MN, is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our on-call team. We offer a stable, supportive environment with a caring, team-driven culture and opportunities to grow with a nonprofit organization.

RNs earn $34.75–$43.21 per hour and LPNs earn $27–$33.57 per hour, depending on experience. Join us to deliver high-quality resident care and collaborate with a dedicated staff across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have MN RN or LPN License and be in good standing.
• Prior LTC experience preferred.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.
