Job summary

Hastings Senior Health & Living, a Cassia community in Hastings, MN, seeks a qualified LPN to provide high-quality resident care, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team. A $10,000 bonus is offered for full-time, with a schedule including every other weekend.

Flexible Full-Time or Part-Time shifts include days 6:30 AM–3:00 PM. Location at 930 West 16th Street, Hastings, MN. Must have Minnesota LPN license and LTC experience.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
• Long Term Care work experience required.
• 2 years of LPN experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans.
• Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions.
• Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides.
• Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff.
• Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy.
• Documents care using electronic charting systems.
• Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Type

Full-Time orPart-Time, working a varying schedule including every other weekend

Days: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Weekends: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Every other weekend)

Wage Range

$27.89 - $36.26 per hour (based on experience)
