Job summary

Complete Care at Middlebury is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 3p-11p, part-time, 22.50 hours per week, in Middlebury, CT. Join an established, compassionate healthcare team dedicated to quality resident care.

You will administer medications per care plans, perform physician-ordered treatments, and report changes in residents’ conditions. An active Connecticut LPN license is required; prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication to residents in accordance with their care plan.
• Perform treatments, as assigned per physician’s orders, within scope of practice.
• Accurately report and record the resident's condition and care including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change.
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.
