Job summary

Chesapeake Shores Nursing Center in Maryland is seeking an LPN for 12-hour shifts to provide direct nursing care on assigned patients.

You will administer medications, assist physicians, observe vital signs, document progress, and support discharge planning while collaborating with the care team.

A current LPN license is required; one year of LPN experience is preferred. We offer health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, and flexible scheduling.

• Records on patient charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered.
• Maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients.
• Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned.
